Community Guidelines
Community Guidelines
Driven by Kindness, United by Purpose.
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
Applies To
All users — campaign creators, donors, volunteers, event organizers, and attendees
1. Our Community Mission
RiteGiving exists to connect generous people with meaningful causes. We believe everyone deserves a safe, honest, and respectful space to give, fundraise, volunteer, and come together around shared goals — whether that is funding a life-changing medical treatment, organizing a community event, or lending a helping hand as a volunteer.
These Community Guidelines define the standards of behavior that make RiteGiving a trusted and welcoming platform for everyone. They apply to every person who uses RiteGiving in any capacity — campaign creators, donors, volunteers, event organizers, and attendees — across all parts of the platform, including campaigns, comments, messages, event listings, and volunteer profiles.
These Guidelines work alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which together form the full framework of rules governing your use of RiteGiving. Violation of these Guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning from the platform.
2. Our Core Community Values
Everything we do on RiteGiving is guided by five core values:
Honesty
Every campaign, profile, and interaction should be truthful. We do not tolerate fraud, misrepresentation, or deception in any form.

Generosity
RiteGiving is built on the spirit of giving. We celebrate open-handedness and protect donors, volunteers, and supporters from exploitation.
Safety
We are committed to keeping our community free from harm — physically, emotionally, and financially. We take safety reports seriously.
Accountability
Campaign creators, event organizers, and volunteers are responsible for following through on their commitments to the community.
